Yes. Every recycled part is inspected, tested, and graded by experienced engineers before being listed for sale. Only parts that meet strict performance standards are approved.

Yes. All recycled parts are authentic OEM components taken from original appliances. We do not recycle or resell third‑party compatible parts.
🔍 Finding the Right Part
Check your appliance’s model number and match it with the compatibility information on the product page. If you’re unsure, our team can confirm fitment using your model number and a photo of the rating plate.
The rating plate is a small information label showing the model and serial number. It’s usually located:

On the door frame
Inside the door (washing machines)
On the back or side of the appliances
Yes. With decades of engineering experience behind the brand, we can help identify the correct part. Send us your model number and a photo of the existing part if possible.
🧪 Quality, Testing & Grading
Each part undergoes:

Only parts that pass all tests are listed for sale.
Yes. All recycled parts include a 30 day warranty covering faults or failures within the warranty period.
Parts are graded based on cosmetic condition:
Grade A — Excellent condition, minimal signs of use
Grade B — Fully functional with light cosmetic wear
Grade C — Fully functional with visible wear, ideal for hidden components
Functionality is identical across all grades.
🚚 Ordering & Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days depending on your chosen service. Please see our shipping page for more information.
Currently we ship to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and select islands. International shipping may be added later.
Yes. All parts are packaged securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery, even for delicate components like glass, electronics, and control boards.
💳 Payments & Security
We accept major cards, PayPal, and mobile wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI‑compliant gateways. We never store your card details.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Yes. Unused parts in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please see our refunds and returns page.
If a part develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We may request photos or testing information to speed up the process.
Electrical parts such as PCBs, electronic boards, digital clocks and capacitors can not be returned and cannot be resold for safety reasons. We attach an invisible security code to all electrical components for safety reasons.

Many parts are simple to fit, but some repairs involve electrical or gas safety risks. If you’re unsure, we recommend using a qualified engineer.
